Returns Policy

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Unworn and unwashed — in the same condition as received.
• Original tags still attached and packaging intact.
• Not a final sale or marked-down item (these are non-returnable).

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email returns@phys-clothing.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Securely pack the item with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item using a trackable courier. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item sent).

5. Exchanges

We process exchanges as a return plus a new order. If you would like a different size or colour, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround, as exchange availability cannot be guaranteed.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@phys-clothing.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
